NAPLIC is the National Association for Professionals concerned with Language Impaired Children. We are the UK's national network for teachers, Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals who work with children and young people with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and wider Speech, Language and Communication Needs. DLD is a common condition which limits the ability to understand and express ideas. Very few people have heard about it, but it has a significant impact on life and learning outcomes.
