Rhythms of Life (RoL) was founded in 2008 by Andrew Faris. Our main aim as a charity is to provide nutritious meals, toiletries, clothing and sleeping bags to London’s homeless, however we also offer classes on literacy, I.T. and life skills. We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to these basic human necessities. The food that we provide is donated by our charity partners, who include: Whole Foods, M&S, Waitrose & partners and Sainsbury’s. Our volunteers work to empower some of the most marginalised and vulnerable people in London and in doing so enable them to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
