International NGO Training and Research Centre (INTRAC) believes in the importance of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) as alternative and independent actors working for Sustainable Development in a just Civil Society. INTRAC also believes that Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) values of social justice, empowerment and participation of the poorest and most marginalised groups need to be protected and extended within a wider society. INTRAC contributes to this objective by strengthening the organisational and management capacity of NGOs in particular, analysing and disseminating information on global trends and supporting the institutional development of the sector as a whole.
