The Geranium Trust offers friendship and support to anyone regardless of age, faith, ethnicity, status or sexual orientation who is living with loneliness, bereavement, and feeling isolated. We are fighting loneliness & isolation through our regular tea parties, roast dinners & "Friends In The Garden" project. Since 27th Sep 2017 there have been almost 2000 visits to Court Farm, Nr.
