Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a charity providing care and support for patients in Herts and Bucks diagnosed with life-limiting illness. Through our unique 24/7 responsive hospice at home service and a range of day services we make it possible for patients to choose how and where they want to be cared for towards the end of life. The support we provide for families both during the illness and after bereavement is an integral part of our care.
Reprieve uses the law to enforce the human rights of prisoners, from death row to Guantanamo Bay. We investigate, litigate and educate, working on the frontline, providing legal support to prisoners unable to pay for it themselves. We promote the rule of law around the world, and secure each person's right to a fair trial. And in doing so, we save lives.
Rescare supports families of people with learning disabilities. Founded in 1984, Rescare campaigns on issues affecting learning disabled people and their families - choice in education, choice in residence, better healthcare, and many other issues. Rescare has a helpline for families of learning disabled people, who face many challenges, no matter the age of their learning disabled family member, or whether they live at home or in another residence. We work across the UK, and are always happy to welcome new members and volunteers.
