The Story Museum (patrons: Phillip Pullman CBE, Jacqueline Wilson, childrens laureate) is an Oxford-based project to inspire children about books and stories of all kinds. It organizes exciting events for families and schools and plans to build an amazing museum in Oxford, a city famous for its books and stories.
The Stroke Association is a national charity with stroke in people of all ages. The Stroke Information Service provides personalised information through a dedicated helpline, e-mails and letters. Resources: Free quarterly magazine, six core leaflets, over 40 factsheets and resource sheets. Communication and Family & Carers support services.
We help families. with disabled children with bone conditions under the age of 21 coupled with complex needs. We provide financial , emotional and practical support. We provide sensory equipment , disability aids and group residential weekends .
SUDEP Action is a reporting and support centre for epilepsy deaths and provides support to individuals affected by an epilepsy related death or SUDEP. We offer counselling, information to help with understanding the investigation and cause of death as well as opportunity to be involved in research into epilepsy deaths. SUDEP Action is a reporting centre for The Epilepsy Deaths Register. We also raise awareness of the risks associated with epilepsy and provide information leaflets.
