Childnet’s mission is to work in partnership with others around the world to help make the internet a great and safe place for children. Since our inception in 1995 Childnet has sought to keep children and young people at the heart of all that we do. In all our work we seek to respond to the risks that children and young people may encounter online, working to make the internet a great and safe place for children and young people.

We are the largest UK charity working exclusively in Colombia. We work with children and their families to challenge poverty, inequality, discrimination and violence. Despite a growing economy and a peace deal with the country's largest guerilla group, millions of Colombian children still face poverty, violence and exclusion from the opportunities presented by a changing society. So whether they are threatened by forced displacement, sexual exploitation or recruitment into armed groups, whether denied education, a loving family or a place to play, we work to ensure that every child can claim their right to a safe and happy childhood and a fulfilling future. We believe that, with a knowledge of their rights and the confidence to assert them, children can transform their own lives, their communities and Colombia itself.
We are a non profit organisation supporting poor, orphaned and homeless children from underdeveloped countries like Myanmar (Burma) and Malawi get basic necessities, better education and bringing a quality of life to a reasonable standard.
Children in Distress raises funds in the UK to support its sister foundation, Copii in Dificultate, which provides hospice care for children with life-threatening conditions and severe disabilities in Romania. They deliver life-changing therapies to improve the quality of life for children with disabilities and provide specialised education and welfare for those living with autism. Additionally, they run educational community outreach programmes for children from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring access to education and essential resources. Through donor engagement and fundraising events in the UK, they secure the necessary support to continue their vital work in Romania, making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
CINI helps poor mothers and children in India break free of the intergenerational cycle of poverty, malnutrition and ill health. The charity has a strong track record of bringing about sustainable improvements in nutrition, health, education and child protection. CINI is an Indian NGO with local staff working with local communities and local government to bring about lasting change. The charity provides nurturing support at key stages in the life cycle - childhood, adolescence, and pregnancy. This helps mothers lay the foundations for a happy and healthy future for their children. CINI not only helps mothers and children directly, it also acts as a "Mother NGO" responsible for sharing best practice with other charities working in the region, and government staff, so that more people can benefit from its work. CINI in the UK raises funds and awareness for this vital work.
