The current vision is to establish a hospital in Cap-Haiten in the north of Haiti. Beyound this we have a desire to deliver health care to remote parts of the country and inner city slums. We also work with children with disabilities, seeking to raise the level of support and care to children with various needs. The earthquake that hit Port-au-Prince on January 12th 2010, changed Haiti irrevocably. We have been playing a key role in bringing rehabilitation to a nation. We have been caring for injured victims and bringing relief to affected families. The future for us is standing with the people of Haiti and lending a strong hand as they rebuild their country. We have a health centre, outreach clinic, ambulance, children's home, SCI centre and rehab and now a cholera treatment centre.
Hope Spring is a water, sanitation and hygiene poverty alleviation. We work in sub-Saharan Africa, to help the most vulnerable communities to access clean water, sanitation and basic hygiene.
Hope UK is a national drug and alcohol education charity for children and young people, training volunteers to become Drug Educators in their own communities. Volunteers work in schools, colleges, PRU's, with youth groups, parents and youth workers to prevent drug and alcohol-related harm to young people. Generation Hope is our youth branch, offering friendship and peer support to young people choosing drug and alcohol-free lifestyles.
Hopefield Animal Sanctuary in Brentwood is home to about 200 badly treated or neglected animals. It is in severe financial difficulty and badly needs help if it is to avoid closure. It was founded in 1984 and has done a wonderful job with a team of dedicated volunteers who love animals. Please help them.
